Position Overview:
This position is more than just driving. As a CDL Driver at Titan, you’ll be responsible for transporting drilling rigs, materials, and equipment to job sites and assisting the crew with hands-on labor. You’ll be part of the team from start to finish — helping set up drilling sites, operate machinery, and ensure everything runs safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CDL-class vehicles
- Transport drilling equipment and materials
- Assist the drilling crew with setup, rigging, and cleanup
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow DOT, OSHA, and Titan safety regulations
- Maintain accurate logs and records
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Class A or B CDL license
- Experience hauling heavy equipment or operating similar vehicles
- Willingness to perform physical labor
- Dependable, safety-minded, and hard-working
- Team player with strong communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in construction or drilling
- Mechanical or hydraulic system knowledge
- Tanker endorsement

CDL Driver – Titan Well Drilling

Our drivers play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly — and we’re looking for a dependable CDL Driver to join our crew.
Position Overview:
As a Well Pump Technician at Titan, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing residential and commercial well pump systems. This position involves troubleshooting pump and water system issues, performing system upgrades, and assisting customers in maintaining dependable water supply systems. Technicians work both independently and alongside the drilling and service teams.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and replace well pumps and water system components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot pump, pressure tank, and control system issues
- Perform pump pulls, system repairs, and upgrades
- Test water pressure systems and electrical controls
- Operate service vehicles and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow OSHA and Titan safety protocols
- Maintain service records and job documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding system performance and maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with plumbing, pumps, or water systems preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Dependable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL license is a plus but not required
- Ability to work past 3:30 p.m Monday-Friday and have weekend availability

Well Pump Technician – Titan Well Drilling

Our drilling crew is the heart of our business — and we’re looking for a dependable, motivated Drill Hand to join the Titan family.
Position Overview:
As a Drill Hand, you’ll work closely with our experienced drillers to assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling rigs and water systems. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires strength, endurance, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the driller with setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling rigs and equipment
- Load, unload, and handle drilling materials, pipe, and casing
- Mix and manage drilling fluids
- Operate heavy machinery when needed
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Work collaboratively with the crew
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with tools
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
Preferred:
- Experience in drilling, construction, or heavy equipment operation
- CDL Class A or B license

Drill Hand – Titan Well Drilling
Plumbing & Heating Technician – Titan Well Drilling
About Titan:

Our commitment to quality work, honesty, and community pride has been passed down through generations — and we’re looking for a skilled Plumbing & Heating Technician to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Plumbing & Heating Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems in both residential and commercial settings. From well pump systems and water filtration to boilers, furnaces, and radiant floor heating, you’ll help keep our customers’ homes and businesses running smoothly and comfortably.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, and heating systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot well pumps, water pressure issues, and filtration systems
- Service and install boilers, furnaces, and hydronic heating systems
- Ensure all work meets state and local plumbing codes
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Titan with pride
- Work collaboratively with drilling, office, and service teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in plumbing, heating, or a related trade
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Preferred Experience:
- Trade school or apprenticeship background
- EPA certification for refrigerants
- NYS journeyman or master plumbing license
