I recently called Titan, and they were so nice and understanding.

On the phone. The person they had come out was (Mr. Jamie) he took the time to explain everything to me, regarding my water filtration, walked me through everything and answered my questions I had.

Mr. Jamie didn't just do the job, he made sure he showed me the job was done right inside the house and outside the house were the Cap had come off the pipe.

This company actually cares about their customers and I would highly recommend Titans Drilling Crop to family and friends.

I recently called Titan drilling to schedule an appointment to pump my septic and they got me in so quick. I couldn't be happier with the experience, the moment I contacted them their team was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

The guy that came out took the time to explain everything to me, walked me through everything and answered every silly question I asked. The guy showed up on time, worked efficiently and finished the job in a timely manner.. and he did a lot of digging by hand! He didn't just do the job, he made sure the job was done right and that everything would function the way it should before he left.

It's rare to find a company that actually cares to explain things to customers and actually willing to have a conversation with you instead of just completing the job. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks that Titans drilling corp is the best company to hire for all ur water or septic needs. They have defined earned my trust and I will be using only them in the future!

Honestly, the service was so good and prompted that I have to leave a review right away. The people from Titan drilling just left my house where we had a water pump that wasn't working. They came right away on a Friday afternoon and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. They were super helpful and I really appreciate having them nearby!

I was without water for four days. I called around and couldn't get anyone to come. I found Titan, called them and they came the very same day. They worked for two hours non-stop to replace my well pump. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They did a great job!

I would highly recommend Titan for service on well systems. We were unexpectedly without water. They were able to fit us in their schedule for next day service, gave us a great price on a well pump replacement and did an outstanding job. It was obvious they were well trained and knew exactly how to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Outstanding service!

We lost our water at 2:00 pm, the day before Thanksgiving, and I immediately called Titan in Arkville as I had used them a year before with great results. My intent was to get on their list for 'maybe' the day after the holiday. Within an hour of my call, they sent Ryan and Adam to the house and with flashlights, they got our water running by 5:00. I've lived on the mountain top for almost 23 years and there are only three good experiences I've had with local businesses. Titan is responsible for two of them. Customer service is excellent, and crew is professional, knowledgeable, and takes pride in their work. I can't say enough good things about them.
